Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. guess he's just trying to say that he can't be bothered with the exam and would just rather scratch some cards to see if he won anything?

he scratches the card because he finishes early, however he concentrates so much on scratching it that he submits his exam out of time
