Voucher problem!

Hello i tried to add cabal Voucher item in game with itemID:2366 and Option:5000.

The problem is when i try to use it in game i get "Cannot use the item"..

So is there anyone that knows the way how to fix it?

I already tested that method and it does not work. That is reason why i made an topic

Its work for 100% cause i tested it right now with fresh files and database U must do something wrong. Do everything again.

Tried with clean database too still the same problem... seems i must stay without em in future....
