32bit probably. What are you going to use it for?

Most VPS's are 64-bit, but 32-bit is better if you need things that aren't made for x64 ;P

I would recommend a 32-bit Virtual Private Server, Purely because a VPS couldn't offer you the 64-bit advantages due to it being a VPS, (E.g. Large amounts of memory, fast processing, etc)
