look at the program Agent listen & Gateway Listen and see what it receives then u will know which ports your program receive and which is not . if the program receive your both ports in listen . then your problem with the real ports which the program redirects to check it and verify in the program

sometimes Firewall Block the program u should add it manually

Found the error.
There are 2 mistakes
1. Form1.artisiniri need to be Form1.noticelimit
2. plus <= Convert.ToInt16(Form1.noticelimit) needs to be plus >= Convert.ToInt16(Form1.noticelimit))

Because Form1.artisiniri points on the PlusLimit setting (textbox 11).
And Form1.noticelimit points on the PlusNotceAlt setting (textbox12)
