Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Go to "vdata" table on your phpmyadmin panel then find your village and press edit on that village, In new page find "cp" Field and change its content to anything you want
Now you changed culture point of your own village successfully
