1/ Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Region and languges => tab Administrative => Change system locale => select Chines (Simplifiel,PRC)

2/ Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Region and languges => Additional Settings.. => Tab Date => Select Short date yyyy-mm-dd

3/ Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Date and Time => Change date and time... => select 15/11/2015

P/S: I only translate according to instructions. I have not tested the game yet
