I am absolutely NOT taking any precautions on downloads and I downloaded just yesterday the season 2 of How I Met Your Mother. This just doesn't work...

Pretty damn sure that I've downloaded a buttfuck ton of pirated games, movies and music over the last 3-6 years. Not to mention since it runs by IP it should have all the Torrents and Pirated movies my family have downloaded aswell. I should be like the Nr1 offender on that site seeing as how just this last month I filled a 500 GB EHD and a 250 GB HD with torrented movies and games. In-fact I clicked on the site earlier when Alfons posted it in Spamzilla and it said I didn't have anything, and since I've downloaded 2 Xbox Games and Halo 3 and still says nothing. lololepicfailisepicfail

Honestly though I can't help but be astounded at the blatant direct violation of Privacy. This is invasion of Privacy and nothing less and they go even further as to post this information on a Public website? Doesn't matter if they show their Name, their address or just their IP it's still utter shenanigans. Not only is this site a direct violation of our Privacy; it is also a blatant violation of The Law and our Rights. They have no rights, reason nor obligation to monitor what we do WITH A SERVICE WE PAY FOR. And then for them to unlawfully administer the IP addresses on a Public Website just pushes it over the top. Doesn't matter if you are illegally downloading Games, Music or Movies that DOES NOT give them the right to do what they are doing. God I hope someone who knows a thing or two about the Bill Of Rights sees their IP on that site and sues the living piss out of them. Or better yet I hope that Anonymous catches wind of it and decides to rape the duck out of them.

Dynamic IP - even if they did have records for my IP, they have no proof as to who downloaded that stuff. If it was a Static IP they might though

The ISP would require a court order before they could give out any information. They have a responsibility to protect clients personal information.

There is nothing about privacy in the bill of rights.
Remember, whenever you are torrenting your IP is shared with everyone else torrenting that same torrent. Your IP is publicly available, and this website merely aggregates that public information. There is nothing illegal about that. This website is not the government, and it's not your ISP. They aren't sharing private information. They're a public third-party website providing aggregated public information.
