as it's 2-year-ago file surely i can't expect any seed for that but i desperately need it. can't even access the peer

you need to enable encryption and DHT. Trust me, my server seeds just fine. There is something incorrect on your side.

I can't do much better than that. It's a large file and I'm the only one seeding as far as I know. Just download it when you can, my server is always up. One of the good things about torrents is you can start and stop them whenever.
