Windows 8.1 / MSSQL or MYSQL

Good afternoon/morning,

Yes, I did search for it, nothing was found. I'm running windows 8.1, and mssql 2000 or 2005 do not work with it. Any other option for this?

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I watched the youtube video from Karli, but it did not help at all since we both have different windows versions.

All I need is a tutorial to run mysql or mssql for windows 8.1

You dont need MYSQL you need only MSSQL, i dont know from where you downloaded your mssql
i google sqleval.exe and get the first link.
then extract it in c:sqleval\ and run setup.bat from it (run everything as admin since u got windows 8)
and if it pop up 2 messages click Run twice and keep installing.
