I have to clean up solution, setup dependencies, and test. However, my summer term just started, i have a car to work on, and offsite work... Also I had a chance to look at iris sources, which are much much better IMHO.

Luna Online is meant to be compiled in VS2003, your going to have to do a lot of updating to get it working in VS2013.

Yes, it also works on anything based around XP, other windows server, vista (I don't recommend it), and 7 & 8. Anything below XP most likely wont work.
