Not necessarily fucked, I had 1 segment once and all it required is cooling down for some time (well, at least not play it for a few hours, not might be because of it needed cooling down but not sure.)

Hmm, I think 3 segments is overheating. I'm guessing the thread maker's console is still playing up though, so it is probably a bit buggered. At work all the 1 red lights normally come up with an error message on screen too, whereas the 3 red lights will not even boot.

4 segments lit up red normally means that the AV cable is disconnected.

Well i'm just gonna assume you are talking about red lights, seeing as green is just for the controllers, so that leaves the question, which light is lighting up?

Anyway you can always call Xbox support and they will be able to help you further.

One ring means hardware failure, but I receive one red ring when my cables aren't connected properly also.
