Zone 1 Can't connect to ITEM-SERVER

I followed the tutorials available in here but I got this message when I try to open Zone 1

Zone 1 Can't connect to ITEM-SERVER

xD! for everyone have this problem of item server, only you need on the exe file ZoneSRV to put privilegies of admin. thats all..
