Seems you dont have ioncube loaders installed

Install them and it will work

The file are not decoded, please help me, you have all files decoded?

No one has fully decoded Ztravian Script ... You can just Mix Some Dboor files with these and make your own decoded

why can't i make 6 Settler on level 20 residence but only 3 and if i use this 3 Settlers then i can make 3 more.

build_enc.php is only rename and for backup from file build.php nothing else
