Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. The forum will be a state of read only until we install our new drives and rebuild all the configurations needed. Please follow our Facebook page for updates, we will be back up shortly! (The forum could go offline at any given time due to the nature of the failed drives whilst awaiting the upgrades.) When you see an Incapsula error, you know we are in the process of migration.

So as some saw the OP of my post has been updated to state GMSDL is back alive, and nothing has been lost.
I've downloaded everything from GMS (and will do soon for other regions) that were lost when the host was dead, and made a MEGA mirror for them (on both GMSDL.com and on this thread). The following has been re-added to OP:

I am somehow glad GMSDL died for a short time since this made some people come out and contributed a lot of rare clients, as well as regions that are not well archived (JMS and TMS especially).
Once again thanks everyone that contributed so far. Its good to see that almost every single GMS client got archived, and will be archived forever.
EDIT: Something I did while ago, but I will also be archiving Localhosts. In past I've seen links dying and for some people they are not the easiest to make. If you have a Localhost to contribute that is not yet in the list, feel free to do so.

Uploaded the v176 patcher to Mediafire and MEGA as usual. Waiting on the setup links to happen.
Patcher is 350mb for those that are wondering.
Instead of how the old patchers were, it will now add a temp folder to the folder you're updating. After said folder is gone, that means the patcher is finished and has stopped running. Didn't take more than a minute for me to update from v175 to v176.
