the extension "fileinfo" is missing, the message would be for VPS running linux...
So if you are on windows, using mamp you can try to google "install fileinfo extension MAMP" and follow a tutorial, and see if it fixes your problem

Either you did not enable it via php.ini OR your using the wrong version.

The screenshot tells you this lol.

Well it's pretty clear it's a driver related issue tbh and PHP 8.1 doesn't have a SQL driver for that version either.

This issue really has nothing to do with this CMS though and if you need support with xampp then you should probably make your own thread.
