I think KR Client is not encrypted. It just doesn't seem to be synchronized with the server file.

Check by yourself in Client Skill Folder : all xml are crypted
Server only accepts unencrypted xml
As everything is linked, if there are not the new skills (I took the skill folder of our client 3.1 and tried to replace), the server crashes

I think the server we have doesn't need much skill update. Because the official server is similar.

Ragezone doesn't really tolerate discriminatory based sharing like whats been going on between both of you, so you should really take it to PM instead of spamming this thread for access requests as it's really unfair for other users.
