Check this:

And check this on gameserver\data\config\options.properties:

# Don't load quests
AltDevNoQuests = [B]False[/B]
# Don't load spawntable
AltDevNoSpawns = [B]False[/B]

TIP: "True" for DON'T Load and "False" for LOAD (without quote)

hey hmmm how to execute the file.I cant understand

you don't need execute nothing...
you need only extract the file inside you server folder (C:\Server by default)
Open you navicat, connect to your Database, right click on your database, click Execute batch and choose npc.sql inside you server folder, downloaded with my npc buffer.

Hey all. i made all [sql/xml etc...] but if i spawn buffer... click on any buff... i didnt get it but 5k adena gone...

well u have to use normal skills i mean not those in the new file, but original from buffers.. but this can be allot of work same to me to make my own ^^ , but i use this one i like the lagless stuff so i sugjest u use it too..

and sorry if i said "gameserver/data/config", it's only "gameserver/config"
check if:
AltDevNoQuest=False
if not, change it..

i have problem, that custom quest wont load?? buffer spawns nice ingame, but just "i have no tasks for you" blablabla.... checked options.propertiers :

are not in option.properties but in allsettings.properties
