[Help]Setting up a server for public IP changes

Hi all so i'm new to the whole gunz thing but i've got my server working on LAN but i want to ask something. If you want to set it for public,
1. Do you need to change any ip's in the client + server to your WAN ip?
2. I'm running on a router do I need to open any ports?

1> Make the locator and server his ip adress your wan ip
2> put your wan ip in the system.xml
3> Open this ports TCP: 6000,8900,5100 UDP 7777,7778,8900

Do you know how to change the starting bounty from 0 to like 10.000 too?

Go to the stored procedure "dbo.spInsertChar" and in this line (If kekku's)


Values(@AID, @Name, @CharNum, 1, @Sex, @Hair, @Face, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0,GETDATE(), 0, 0)


Change the 2nd zero to w/e starting bouty u want e.g.


Values(@AID, @Name, @CharNum, 1, @Sex, @Hair, @Face, 0, 9999999, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0,GETDATE(), 0, 0)


will give me 9999999 starting bounty for any new character.

Yeah the server works i can connect on my WAN ip and you need to forward ports
TCP: 6000,8900,5100
UDP: 7777,7778,8900
