127.0.0.1 is the local IP for evryone ^^ you wont connect to anything with that


so to resume you go to whatismyip

get your WAN ip

add it in all your .ini files

and launch the server(with the launcher you are using) with that same IP

and be sure to have opened your ports or you will be the only player ^^

all emulators are working with the same idea. to log from the same pc you must add your local ip 127.0.0.1

if you want to log from an other pc then you must add your wan ip.

if you have router you must open your ports.

also if you have a router the ip that allows you to connect into it is not your wan ip so use this
