This helped me alot, I recommend an mod sticky this, the br/jan-june 1 is horrible, it sounds like an little kid trying to tell you something

Delete patch.xml's patchnode, the whole <patchnode>everything in between</patchnode>

I had the same problems like the most people here to. Maxteam's Laucher solved my problem. So use this launcher:

Download this

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

You need to open the launcher with PE Explorer and delete the EXE file then press save and next press yes.
Then you need to open the launcher with Hex Workshop and change all the IP's to your own IP
Then press save and you are ready to use that launcher. Oh, and your runnable must named as theduel.exe
