Duh it's a toolkit wich i have let work with mpog you can't code something like this alone either....

Both CSS and XSS stand for the same, Cross Site Scripting. However, it's different on how you use them. I'm not going to explain how it works, for the simple reason this isn't a hacking forum. Google is your friend these days.

Well, as far as I went into the PayPal API, you need at least a business account for their IPN, plus you need an additional service. Google it out.
