Founded! I've changed the charset in classes.php from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-15!

That works perfectly now, but Is there security problems?

Not sure what page was exploited, but I'm looking into it.

Also, for anyone that cares I'm working on rewrite rules for multiple webservers (iis/nginx) so you're not stuck with Apache.
