theres no need if you compile as noGameguard it should automatically ignore the game guard parts anyway

3)Where to add Job's i tried to just add them to definejob.h but this not working
4)Where To Make/define New Jobquest because in the propQuest.inc there's no option for change job

I compiled neuz.exe with NoGameGuard and the server with Release, but I'm still getting the CERT_DISCONNECT error when I try to login :/

^Fix the first error and it fix others
or look at the warning it may read something wrong and creates errors you never know Google will help <3
You can't just post compile error logs because we wouldn't know what you changed.
Or edited etc.
Ohh just click on one of those error in the output window and you go to the error.
and look at it
