Any advice?

Oh and just a heads up so you don't get confused, so far Dans(MentaL)' tips have been for building muscle and such, training. I've been giving you ways to loose weight TOTALLY different things haha, if you eat and such like he does and your not really training hard you wont loose much weight at all.
Well, I wanna do both.. But i should start with your tips and then go with his?
Actually, I don't really care about being strong, I just wanna have something 6pack-ish..

And trust me man, working out fucking sucks. I dont know whats wrong with everyone on here who seem to love doing it, but I just do it cause I have to. If I could eat whatever I want and still retain my body, I would never lift again.

I love watching my body transform and my strength go up. I sadly cannot eat what I want without repercussion and due to the amount I eat I need to train allot. I now do 5 days per week 2 hours a time 10 hours a week 40 hours a month and I'm fucked allot of the time, hehe.

That's something I would wanna do too..
But the other **** just seems too hardcore for me..

It's not something you'll do straight away , start small , taken me years to get my muscle stamina to were it is. 45 minutes a session is enough for you :)

I went to Gym for 2 weeks started day one with 1hour ended in the last week with 5 hours a day, at minimum.
Went from being 90 to 100kg in weight. I can easily build up muscles...
Also I didn't lose that much fat I rather gained Muscles and the fat stayed xD, So that was the last time I went to the gym I even have scars on my arms xD But that was before I went to the gym from doing no work at all to start working in some wood loggers company xD

So I am just saying that it really depends on person to person.

So in a span of two weeks you went from going 1 hour a day to 5 hours a day and putting on 22lbs of muscle? think i heard it all now, lol.

I'm laughing hard at that guy above lol. Most steroid abusers would be even lucky on a heavy 15 week cycle to put on 20lb of quality muscle but to have someone say they did it in 2 weeks is the most absurd thing i've ever heard, its crazy lol. I like that guy, lol.

Yeah, once I started seeing changes I was absolutely addicted, now lifting is like a drug.

brb jay cutler

I was watching Jay Cutler videos earlier and the guy is a stud. Personally I think he has abused HGH too much and his body is just silly but watching his workouts and the weight he throw up making it look effortless made me feel like a girl, same when I watch Ronnie Coleman.

I am not saying it's only muscle I gained.
But I gained weight.
I am going to gym to work out, I can do 5hours easily.
If I have enough food and drink a lot.

My body can handle a lot.

there is absolutely no point in you you working out for more than an hour or two as an absolute max.

You don't build muscle in the gym, you build it while you sleep, and your body can only build so much each night.

if you put on 1kg of muscle that would be huge gains.

I'm gonna start with walking, biking and stuff like that before going to the gym, and honestly, you can't go to the gym at my age without a parent (it's 15+) in Sweden.
But the time you spend there, is nothing I will EVER do.. Too hardcore for me to be honest..

Cut out anything unnecessary you eat throughout the days (sodas, snack foods, pastries, etc) and replace it with stuff like fruits/granola/etc.

Easiest way to keep yourself dedicated to exercise (for me at least) is to find a buddy. You two can make sure that the other person isn't slacking off.

I don't really eat alot of candy and stuff like that, I just don't move alot, which I am gonna change..

And about the dedication I'd guess my mum will be there for me, so I'm pretty sure it's gonna work out.
