Thanks LocaSimon for the sharing guide.

One question here, how come I extracted your Clientside's files (cabal_msg.enc, cabal.enc and item.enc) and also uploaded ServerSide's files to the server(only item.scp), Orihlacion set is appeared as invisible?

Using the template in 010 editor change uint32 LimitLevel for the level, uint32 Defense_LEVLmt_MagAttVal for the defense, uint32 DefenseRate_Opt1Val_PhyAttMaxfor the defense rate and for the stat requirement uint32 Opt2_STRLmt1, uint32 DEXLmt1_Opt2Val and uint32INTLmt1_Opt3.

Please note the following for Chumpy's client and repack (at least with his 2.81 "X-Mas" Repack):
There is no Uint32_Limit_Level in this client.
Instead, look for "uint str_lmt_1__opt2", I believe it was.

In this example, look at the equip you want to change the requirement for:
We'll use Item 1087: "Purify Epaulet" - Req Lev: 145.
Open 1087 on the list, and see where it says 145? That's what you have to change.

However, if you don't edit the requirements on the server, you will be unable to equip things, and get instantly disconnected instead.
To fix: go to exc/cabal/data/Item.scp (can be opened in GEdit).

Search for the ID you just edited (in this example, 1087):

(ID NUMBER) @IDT_AVAN (and some numbers separated by tabs).
With some numbers spread out, where (ID NUMBER) is the Item ID you edited in 010.

In the third line down, you will should the number you edited in 010 for req. level: in this case, 145.
That's the number you have to edit. If you want to set other things on the server, just compare them to the 010 list.

Note: This is just a tried theory with a couple of items I tested it on,
there are some items that may not have the represented number.
