Um, only way I can see to release it and keep certain servers from having it, would be to give it to people through PMs. Of course that in itself would be quite tedious, probably get PM spammed about it, and even then there's no guarantee it won't get out to those servers eventually.

Would be nice to have it, but it would suck if every noobserver has such a great map, think about not releasing it.
