It comes with the server files?

Try to asked for the resource/server pack of the source you've downloaded or if it hasn't, try to get a v17 resource pack released in this section and just tried to fix some problem if you got some.

Btw what source you're using?

i use the clean V15 source, if you can give me a link for source with V16 job and all V16 clean withour edit pls give me.

If you are looking for those features, go in the release section and take a look.
My suggestion is, just use blessed source instead of starting with v15 one because it will just make you difficult especially if you don't have skill in C++.
If you're using v15 clean source, use the v15 repack for the files to make a test for your server.
