Clean 2.2.3.2 Files

I usually stick to 2.2.3, but I find myself in the need of these files now. I heard what happened to nova and what he did to his files so I'm wondering which files are clean?

I saw you took out a few links already but there are other files that don't explicit state by who they are, are they clean to use? Can we be sure that the only thing nova edited was the GM commands?
