Hmm... Will be nice if first make a auto start a .exe if a Process not in processlist like autoit..
I will explain with Notepad.exe

here we can add wait X seconds and send right-click and run server again..

Yeah.. But we can add some msg box, asking.. you shutdown this process? IF not answer in 30 sec launch the .exe xD
