[HELP] Failed to connect to update server

Hey guys i have had some troubles with this new error it comes up like this:
failed to connect to update server
check that you have a working internet connection and you are not behind a proxy or firewall

i have copied my WarZlauncher.exe_1.0.0 to a new pc placed it in a folder and when i run it i get that error pop up? any help??

that did not help me at all. i couldn't even follow the instructions didnt make sense
