[Help] Speed Uploads Clients

Currently the players download the files to 1mb, this is not very fast, would you have an idea of or it will come, I searched IIS side on the site of microsoft but I found nothing and on the net In general either, my connection in uploads and 100mb,

I rent a server at OVH (in france) 100mb up and down.

On other I that I host I do not encounter this problem.

The magic is behind num_downloadthreads or something like this. Dont remember the right name.

Yup, like aLca said check NUM_DOWNLOAD_THREADS. I think the standard is 2 or 3?
