I did reset I try to go and maybe up a level first it didn't switch when I do reset it stay in the game and now its show me 452 when I'm level 52

the max level is 400 but if you do reset it sure that you are level 1 but says 401 even if you switch how do i fix it? it just say it but you cant tp or move no where
