Weapon switching animation <Bugged/Late switch>

Hi everyone.
So on current server I've met trouble with "Weapon Switch animation". The bug is when player switching weapon, the animation didn't respond immediatly. The weapon already switched on profile/weapon slot, but the effect is late applied.
Anyone have solution for fix this problem?

But which emulator are you using?

Edit: Possible files to check, ItemService.java, Equipment.java and ItemTemplate.java maybe.
