I’m always having trouble with some players not being able to access my launcher, even though they have enough internet to proceed. What settings would you recommend? I’m using Hostinger.

if you using domain on it. try to change the NIC dns to google and refresh it.
i facing this issue too on player side, sometime is their IPS default gateway problem. after changing to google dns or cloudflare dns it was slove

There's nothing wrong with incupdate. i aswell is using that as my primary launcher.
