Why don't you use a HEX editor? I see it way easier. I use Hex Editor Neo but any other should be fine, open it and go to the adress 006fe079 then change the ip. Hope it helps

If i remember correctly HeavenMS has a line in the config.yaml that allow aran class have all their skills of the current job level available.
