combat arms help

Hey guys, been at this for a few days now not exactly to sure what the problem is, works locally fine but when i go to start up game on multiplayer i get this error message, all more ports are open. could it be cause im running xampp on port 8080? would that even effect it or that my bill...

Does anyone know what I can do to enable equipping this skill? I believe it has something to do with the character being of the Specialist type, but I’m not exactly sure what or where to change to make it work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! You must be registered for see element.

When you are running 2 players in the lobby, and try to start a multiplayer game, the dserver will just crash, and you are unable to start. Have anyone managed to fix this issue yet?
