yes i got it .. you need Visual Studio 2005 SP1 and Apache
This Client ->

You must be registered to see links

Then you need to Build Client Src on Turbo-Release
Also there you need to change ip address (seen screenshot)

When you build it and replace client.exe you need to edit this in Client folder
Edit Serverlist.config (<Server Name ="TEST SRV" StatusStr ="良好" Comment ="正常" Ip ="127.0.0.1" Port ="21080" Status="0" ) - example
Launcher.txt to replace ip to your and change version.txt to 0.0.98.2098|2.0.0.2)
Then you need to put in apache edited ServerList.cfg and version.txt
And then all is ready

Here is my build client.exe to 127.0.0.1

p.p I play game for 1-2 hrs and i think that game is awesome.. I will glad to translate it if some one release tool

Do'nt have tools released, unfortunaly. But to unpack, you can use zuonline.bms script.
