The Russian version of the game does not have this lottery. You can add it manually using the English interface.

Hey everyone, I have a million-dollar question. When I change leaders in Citadel, the countdown doesn't start, and I'm not kicked out of the location. If I'm in a party, but one character logs into Citadel first, and then I log into Citadel as the second character after accepting the party, they're in two different Citadels. How can I fix this? I also try to set up quests in NPCs, but they don't appear. There's only one quest, Princess Liangji Mode! There's nothing else, so please tell me what to look for.

While 1.5.5 is the last genuine server version, 1.5.3 is the most recent one that has the source available.
