Yes, i checked in the source code, by default it is 2900 in StatFunctions.java.
I will check it later.

As far as I know, version 4.3 is known as 3600.

The change is in the code, specifically in StatFunctions.java, i don't see any other possibility.

Yes, but this option is not for kick player, is to check ping security.
So i think this implement is not available.

There is a Punishment option, but i'm not sure if that will solve it.

If i'm not wrong, it's possible to only sell the same item that is shown.
About the instance i don't remember any problems.

do the test if you use command to enter the instance and die inside. test two is you enter intacy through the portal and die inside. because I think the problem only happens when you used /move to go to the instance.
