Hello, A little contribution 
Hope it works works on my test server.
I am not good with Quests its just a copy from other jobchange links i put together so might be wrong you have to double check but it works on my server.
I will go through my HDD and see what else i made i can share and will put more in future its mostly design stuff.
File contains
Client Folder (message.txt, e.pk txt files, hypertext images)
Server Folder (Quest.txt and InitNPC.txt)
