3rd job skill problem

if we used 3rd job skills ..some times we get c/l .. i tried to use more than 1 dll ..and didn't worked .. i saw more than 3 was have this problem in ragezone ..but no one said how to fix ..i hope u guys help me if u can using Nation repack..
