4.1.0.2 Client - how ip change ???

i do not understand is 4.1.0.2 ver Client ip change~~~

the ip is not changed on the client is generated by the server, the files serverlist.txt and serverlist.bin within dbsrv later run and followed the dbsrv place within the client

4.1.0.2 ver is have a hunch that serverlist.bin ???
