Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. As you see above, a normal player, one of my friends, vs my other friend who can't properly connect to the chat server.

Gameserver logs. In the Chat Console, no logs are shown.

What could this be? He cannot be removed as a friend, and is overall buggy with chat/friend stuff.
