5.) Just think and think. You could make the thinking long and later. You will sleep.. Instantly and when you wake up it will be early...

That is a HORRIBLE way to go to sleep. If you think in bed you'll just keep thinkin and thinkin which means your still awake and your forcing your body to stay awake cause your thinkin. The best way to get to sleep in a natural way is to clear you mind and close your eyes.

Dude, I have a sleeping disorder. I went to a doctor and explaind my problem the first question she asked me was ''do you think when your in bed'' I aswerd ''yes'' she told me to stop it cause it's not good. I keeps you of your rest and sleep.

wen i have anything on my mind i cant sleep at all so that totally wouldnt work only way i can sleep if im really really really tired and not thinging about anything minds a blank but my dreams i have are always awesome i have loads a dreams everynite :)

I have a better solution before going to bed do like 50 push ups without stoping.

Physical exercise > Production of Adrenaline > No sleep

Physical exercise > Production of Adrenaline > No sleep

Adrenaline kicks in during exercise. It's like a self stimulant, if you do more then enough to use up that active Adrenaline then you'll go under a big "come down" which makes you just feel lifeless. So if you know what your doing then physical activity really can help you sleep.
