you mean you can't create a character ? have you an error message on off the console windows ? take a look into your Binary/wslog/ folder and see in logs if you have an error somewhere to report, ,and tell us which database your using please.

you hve a database in the compiled file .But while we will release V11 in one or two day i suggest you to wait until V11 cause we will modify database and a lot of thing. Just keep an eyes on our thread in development section
