Adding Custom Cloaks and Configuring BR/BoW Dates

Hello there, I have a few questions.

How to add new custom cloaks?
How to configuration BR, BoW dates?

I would be very glad if you helped.

for the cloak :

client folder -> Data/Cache
db -> TGAME/TCustomCloak & TSavedCustomCloak

for the BR and Bow :

db -> TGAME/TCustomTimeChart

Thanks for the help, but I have one more question.
Can you give me a sample record for TCustomTimeChart?
For example: every day 18:00 br 19:00 bow

3600 = 1Hour

well 18:00 = 3600 X 18 = 64800

you can do it for 19:00

bType = 5 for bow & 6 for BR
