Adding Quests in Sidhe.

Hi,
Anyone know how to add Quests in Sidhe??? Here is what i have done till now.
Added New Quest in the end of QD.ull, with new quest number and Taking and Submiting NPC as Raipalka (Sidhe).

Added New Quest file with New Quest Number/Index on server side.

Use GM command to get quest.

Now it says Target to find Raipalka.
I goto Raipalka and am unable to take Quest. Anyone got any idea why?

For those with curiosity what happens next, i click on Select A Quest at Raipalka, and nothing happens .
Am thinking this is because Sidhe NPC's say Opponent Refused to chat rather then saying No Quest Available for execution as other NPC says.
