Adding SA's to NPC L2O

If i would want to add new exchangeable sa weapons to for example Blacksmith of Mammon
How do i edit his SA list? Does this go by auto when setting a weapon in itemdata.txt into specialability mode or do i have to add this by hand. And in that case where would i do that?
