Adding Silver Hearts NPC

Currently I'm editing a Flyff server (v18) and I'm able to spawn the silver heart NPC, but when I click on her, nothing happens. So how do I enable dialogues, shop option on her etc.?

dialogues are on WorldDialog and the npc and item inside can be found on Character.inc
