Does anyone have answer about this issue?

[08:50:55] [ERROR] GsMsgLogIn Not Correct Encrypt UserID : »–“¹¢ÊGp, Client : kf¨×É¥PaW?C, Server : y7iUIy13826y,
I created an account in SQL > GSUserInfo > Usertype 32 = Failed to login and it shows this error in AgentServer.
I also tried to put md5 password in sql = Fail.
I tried to login from GMCharEdit = Fail.
I'm open for any help as I have another issues after solving this.
